Voooma Journey Cover will pay out if you die, are hospitalised or are disabled as a result of a journey-related accident as a non-professional driver or passenger. There is also access to Emergency Medical Services whilst on your trip.
Any cause other than a journey-related accident as defined herein including suicide, attempted suicide and post traumatic stress disorder.
If you are a professional long-distance driver and the driver on the insured journey, you cannot claim. A professional long-distance driver means a driver whose normal occupation includes driving or operating a vehicle.

Yes. You are covered from your departure up to your final destination.
Cover is available within the borders of South Africa. If you are travelling cross border you can take out cover from your departure point up to the South African border.
The product is not suitable for international travel.
You can purchase cover for future dated travel.
You are only covered for the period of physical travel. From your point of departure to your final destination. You can purchase cover for your return trip.
We don't know when you will be returning or if your journey is only one way. You make two separate purchases, one for each trip.
Cover is in place for all modes of road travel. You are also covered even if you have to change from one vehicle to another during your trip. You are covered from when you leave your home until your final destination.
You are covered for travel up to three days earlier or later than your scheduled travel date, but we encourage you to let us know by sending an email to voooma-info@differentlife.co.za. This applies both to earlier and later cover.
You can buy one cover, you are covered until you reach your destination as long as you reach your destination within 3 days.
Yes, you are covered from the moment you leave your home to start your journey.
No, you need to be travelling with the people you are covering.
You will receive an SMS with a link to your contract as soon as you have purchased your cover.
Yes. Even if you are a professional driver driving in your personal capacity. You can also cover your passengers. Cover is available independently if you travel as a passenger in someone else’s car.
This policy also includes access to an Emergency Medical Services benefit provided by Europ Assistance. You will receive an SMS with the contact number for Europ Assistance when you purchase a policy. Standard call rates apply.
In the event of a medical emergency, Europ Assistance can be contacted 24 hours a day to arrange emergency medical assistance and transportation, when you are on your journey.
Yes, you can buy cover in advance for any travel that you intend to undertake.
No, payment is made online via EFT, credit or debit card.
Yes. Everyone can be covered. Professional drivers don't qualify for cover.
You can choose to send a copy of the policy contract to your beneficiary so they know when you are travelling.
No, there is no waiting period.
This benefit offers you access to the 24 hour medical evacuation and transportation service (“Emergency Medical Services”) of Europ Assistance. OMART will cover the cost of Europ Assistance providing the Emergency Medical Services Benefit to you.
You are free to make use of any other service provider, but in that case you will not be covered under this benefit. The policy benefit therefore ONLY covers the Emergency Medical Services benefit if rendered by Europ Assistance.
You cannot hold OMART or Different Life responsible for any negligence on the part of Europ Assistance in delivering this benefit to you.
You cannot hold OMART or Different Life responsible for any inability on your part, for whatever reason, to make contact with Europ Assistance in the event of an accident related emergency. It is important that you for example keep the Europ Assistance emergency contact number 0860 211 112 available throughout the journey and ensure that you have sufficient airtime to make the emergency call if required.
